But, if you should decide to cancel your order after we have processed your credit card, there will be a 15% restocking fee to help defray the costs involved. If your order has already been sent, you will also be responsible for shipping costs both ways. Returns Although we have a "no returns" policy in our retail store, we know that our in-store customers can see and feel the merchandise. So, if you should decide to return your order, we will accept returns within seven days of your receipt of the order. We do require that the item and its packaging be in a resaleable condition.
